The aim of Interpera congress is to bring together producers and international stakeholders from the sector around technical and economic themes.
Interpera 2026, the prestigious international conference dedicated to the pear sector, will take place on 25 and 26 June 2026 in Ferrara, in Emilia-Romagna, the region that has historically been the heart of pear production in Italy and accounts for around 60% of the country’s cultivated area and production.
The event is organised by CSO Italy, on behalf of AREFLH (Assembly of European Horticultural Regions), and will bring together leading experts and producers from the sector’s key countries: Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal and France, thus providing a strategic forum for analysing and shaping the future of a crop that is fundamental to agriculture.
For CSO Italy, hosting Interpera 2026 represents a crucial opportunity to reaffirm Italy’s role, promote product excellence and encourage the exchange of experiences to give new impetus to a key product of the Italian agricultural economy.
